"Some Rights Reserved": Building a Layer of Reasonable Copyright

What you think?

  Dan the Confused 03:49 15 Nov 04

I think these people are underestimating the implications of trying to create their own copyright law. Sounds good in theory but disputes will inevitably occur and in the real world a voluntary "some rights reserved" copyright has no legal standing whatsoever.

On the other hand, a license would come under contract law so it might be ok.

So, in conclusion...my head hurts :(
