Not sure if its what I buy but on my precharged razor and camera batteries etc I notice that flashing red means charging and constant red means charged.
Back a few years it was I think green charging and red charged. Anyone noticed a change or dose it depend on manufacturers goods and where made.

Suspect it depends on the manufacturer.

My Canon camera battery charger is constant red for dead/charging and constant green means charged.

Red LEDs are cheaper! On my razor it's flashing green charging steady green charged.

My fast battery charger displays a red light when charging and another, green, for trickle (i.e. charged).
