Hi Neil.

BB is brill, especially after enforced dialup for 8mths!!!!

  pauldonovan 13:51 19 Dec 05

...it feels even better after a few months of dial-up (staying with in-laws), then being told you won't be able to get broadband, then finding out you can!

As I've said in anther post, unfortunately some ISPs seem to label you as 'low user' if you can't get 1MB+ and therefore you get capped. Not Zen though who I am (so far) very impressed with.

  SG Atlantis® 14:39 19 Dec 05

absolutely. A member of the family was forced to go to dial up for a while, boy was it s..l...o.....w. Thank god for bb!

I'm on 10meg, 75gig cap with ntl.

  CurlyWhirly 15:51 19 Dec 05

I agree!
Broadband is brill and I could NEVER go back to dial-up after using it for over 3 years.

Satellite TV, Arsenal football club, Hong Kong, Paris, my wife, New York in the snow, and the North Norfolk coast............

I couldn't live without it.

In that order FE? Could be slim pickings this Christmas on the other hand she should be glad to get a mention

  hzhzhz 22:40 19 Dec 05

It costs me 83 pence a day roughly for access to virtually anything. Good value I'd say.

It is OK, I suppose.
