Beta testing - any more volunteers?

  Forum Editor 14 Dec 11

We're about to begin the Norton 360 v6 beta test process. There are still some places left if you would like to be a member of the testing panel.

You wouldn't find the process a problem, it just involves downloading some software, installing it, and providing some feedback in our special beta forum. In return you'll get a free 1 year subscription for the software when it launches in January or February. Take a look at my original thread and let me know as soon as possible if you want to give it a try.

FE - can I install it on two or more computers, to get a good feel of the software under test?

I am prepared to give it go on my test bed PC which is running Windows 8 Developer version. It currently has MSE installed but I am happy to try Norton after 5 years away from its vagaries. Don't know how long the test runs but I will be upgrading the testbed PC to W8 Beta version on its end Feb 2012 release

Did you not spot the part in the my original thread where it says I can only accept email applications?

I've actually just closed the test list, but if you hurry I'll try to squeeze you in.

Thanks to all of you who emailed me.

We have a full complement of testers now, so I'm closing the thread. I'll shortly be sending those people an email with details of what to do next.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
