Words like 'giving 110%' and 'lessons will be learned' have very little meaning nowadays, because the people stating these facts, obviously don't live in the real world.

Time and time again, I hear comments about people working very hard, and their role in life demands high salaries and perks. Yet you only need to look at some of the mistakes being made, which makes you begin to think 'was that person really up to the job, and did or do they know what is really going on, in their own little empires?'.
