I found this funny to be honest.

Are they hoping that the old dear will shuffle off before they (the authorities) have to pay for a digital aid for her?

>>bloody typical Torry rag.>>

In your eyes (the word is Tory, by the way)

But no matter, the paper has highlighted what is an absurd situation - what problem do you have with that?

Presumably that also makes the Brisbane Times a "bloody typical Torry (sic) rag" does it?.

So that's another thing you have taught me today then. My Google spell checker accepts both. Wonder what the second spelling means?

As for "what problem do I have with that?" none my only problem is my spelling.

Torry can be a name i.e. as is the case of the famous Torry Canyon oil tanker.

However, it's Tory in the case of Conservative.

In the case of the "what problem ...", it's clear that I am referring to the Mail story, even more so as it's included in a separate paragraph.

Thanks for the info. re. Torry+Tory.
In the case of the "what problem...." I was also referring to Mail story, so no problem there then.
