zonealarm vs Sygate personal firewall

I had been running zonealarm for some time
without many problems untill lately' but have just installed Sygate to give it a try'
i would be intrested to know others veiws on these two firewalls. Regards Mammak.

My preference is for Sygate as it is "quiet" and seems less resource hungry than ZA.

Many folks here use one or the other & seem to like them. 'Sygate or Zone Alarm' - click here to read recent discussion here.

PS - Just don't have both running at the same time as that can cause conflicts & unnecessary problems.

For what it's worth, I use a firewill simply to tell me what on my machine is trying to connect to the internet and where is is going to.
