not too familiar with za pro but the basic rule of thumb is to open the av properties or right click the icon at the bootom and open it from there there should be a tab for quarantine etc then enter and delete the items, although they are relatively safe where they are but i prefer to remove.

for quarantined email attachments, the current work-around is to click on the attachment in your email program, which allows you to decide what to do with a specific file attachment.

i think the poster is trying to find the two quarantined files as opposed to dealing with mail attachments?

It renames potentially dangerous attachments such as executables, JavaScript files and batch files to end in a .zl* extension. This quarantines the attachment by keeping it from running automatically.
