You learn something new every day

Not long ago I learnt how to autohide the toolbar in Internet Explorer, which gives you a completely clean screen when it is maximized.

While browsing the PC Plus forum today I learnt that you can also do this in Windows Explorer. F11 maximizes the window and the toolbar is also on autohide. It saves some scrolling if you have a lot of directories and subdirectories.

Nice one, it works on Firefox too.

You may also like to know that you can add a "full screen" button to the Internet Explorer toolbar.

You can use F11 in any folder - assuming you're using Win98.
