If it comes with an attachment and is from an address you have no reason to trust, it's usually bad.

the exe link is at the end of an isp address that includes ...ww.miriavi.o.......exe

Just out of interest I typed the company name into Google.

AVG said it was a safe site yet my K9 web protection blocked it as a malware source.

I would never open such an e-Mail unless it was addressed to me "Personally" rather than my e-Mail Handle.

I certainly would Delete, immediately, any such correspondence that was addressed as yours was!

There have been a number of these scam e-card e-mails doing the rounds for quite a while - just Delete them.
