XP user accounts

I want to set up this PC with a seperate profile for my wife. She has recently (and very quickly) become visually impaired, and can no longer see the 'standard' sized text in windows and on web pages that I usually use.

I can easily change the settings to larger text and better colours etc when I am at home, but this is not always practical.

So I set up another 'User' account in her name, with larger text settings etc.

But I cannot seem to give her full access to all programs, so do I have to install programs in her user account, or have I missed something so obvious?

I am use XP pro, with SP 2.

As Xp user accounts, the adminatrator is the only person who has control over the whole of the pc programs so I would say you would be best to configure individually.
