XP Taskbar Shadow

  Hangus 13:23 24 Aug 05

My Blue taskbar has suddenly developed a kind of shadow. It looks like there is a second taskbar, one hidden behind another. I have tried getting hold of it but I cannot. Anybody had a similar problem? I have tried a system restore, but this has had no effect.
