SP1 is not only obsolete but also included with SP2.

There is no good reason for installing SP1 now.

Although if you didm have an obsolete SP1 disk you can convert ("slipstream") it to an SP2 disk.

Just get an SP2 disk, as pointed out it includes all the SP1 updates.

If you really want the SP1a installation file (which wasn't released as a CD in the way that SP2 was) - click here

Note that SP1 was replaced by SP1a after Microsoft was forced to remove its implementation of Java in Internet Explorer.
