XP Pro SP2 Error on boot up GTTask.exe No Disk

I converted my External Drive from Fat 32 to NTFS the convertion went well but since I have done it I get the following message everytime I boot up.
GTTask.exe No Disk
No disk in the drive
Please insert a disk in drive\device\harddsk2\Dr4
Can someone please help me to get rid of this error. After I press continue a few times the comp works great with no problems. I have tried system restore and I have even restored a ghost image file of my C Drive but all to no avail. Thanks very much in advance

Do you mean QTTask.exe? If so, uninstall then reinstall Quicktime.
