XP Home - ISSCS.exe Ssystem error on Start-up

Can anyone help me with this problem.
Start-up proceeds as far as the "Windows XP LOGO Loading screen" then an error message appears:

"ISSCS-exe System error"
When trying to update a password. This return status indicates that the value provided as the current value is not correct.

When the error clears the system goes back to the beginning of start-up again and continues in the same loop.

It wont even work in "Safe Mode"

The last successful loading that I had, had a problem with signing in and went directly from loading settings to saving settings.

Sorry folks. Yes I did mean "Isass.exe" typing errors.

groundhog. I will use your thread because I had removed "Blazefind" and it looks very much as if this could be the cause.
