Hi,

Not sure if this is linked to a ( needy repair of win xp )

But my laptop comes up with these errors just after all of the desktop has loaded. The laptop then works fine.

ERRORS (as it appears on the screen)
---------------------
Rundll32.exe
The application or DLL C:\DOCUME~1.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette
--------------------
and
RNDLL
Error loading C:\DOCUME~1\John\CNMSSC~1.DLL
%1 is not a valid Win32 application
--------------------

After this no other errors seems to appears...

Oh other that the thing needs a new battery !!!!

It has no viruses, and no erros after running
malwarebyte fully.

But I would like to get rid of the errors that are appearing.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Andrew

The CNMSSC error seems to be coming from your Canon printer software , maybe an un-installation and reload might solve that problem , it may also be linked to the other error message as well .

The second error is possibly related to a printer, have you got a Canon printer?

You could try this for the first error.
