XP Home Edition Language Settings...

using XP Home. One user account is a Thai user with relatively little english. Can XP be setup to fully support Thai language or is the Input Locale and Settings just for application support. e.g. keyboard input. The user would like all Windows Icons, Menus etc displayed in Thai.

Will I have to get a Thai edition of xp home to achieve this?

thanks in advance...

"the user needs the complete OS in Thai" - then you'll need to get a Thai version of the OS, and, I suggest, dual boot into Thai or English.

To make the keyboard side of it simple, you could try what I've done for Spanish/English users - get two cordless keyboards of the same model and make - one Thai, one UK - then you only need to move one keyboard out, the other in, for it all to change over without plugging/unplugging.
