With one of my PCs, pressing the "Alt Gr" key together with the "Arrow" keys rotates the screen image. Try that.

I guess you have tried to RESTART your PC.Please confirm.

you've probably gone into the display properites section?if you've done that, or even if you haven't, and you've got an Nvidia graphics card then try going into the display properties, click settings, then advanced.From there work your way to the screen that lets you rotate your desktop. It can't tell you how to get there as it differs depending on what driver you've got installed.hope it helps.
