Has anyone experienced problems whilst using XP o/s and Office 2000? If so is upgrading to Office XP really necessary?

Outlook takes an age to send/receive; start up takes a very long time compared to other machines; loading data from our server takes a long time; we have even had the cells on Excel moving and displacing/hiding information in front of our eyes!

Use the two of them on two machines. Go very nicely together. No probs at all.
