Help,

Can anyone please help me I have installed a new motherboard and CPU. No problems there (relief) However: I have a master and slave hard drive configeration. The master is being read correctly the slave although is 40gig the BIOS is reading only 20gig and the data stored on it is not being shown when accessed on windows XP I have checked the jumper settings with the model on the website, and are ok.

There is some data I wish to retrieve, Please can anyone help.

You probably need to fdisk the slave and delete partition, then create partition(s). This should then show correct space/size.

click here and try Smart Data Recovery freeware before you fdisk, it may see the drive and recover the data to your master drive.
