Just upgraded to XP home and install ok but audigy drivers wont work. device manager lists "Legacy audio drivers for creative wdm etc" but they cannot be removed to install new drivers as I would have done in '98. I have been to the creative www but could only find drivers for updates once the card is installed???

any help gratefully received.

Drivers in XP have to be digitally signed, older drivers are not. Go to Windows update where you should get the drivers you want

Is yours an Audigy or Audigy Platignum. I have a driver disc for the latter which I downloaded from the creative site,as my original installation disc was corrupted. They sent me a replacement,so you are very welcome to have the downloaded disc if you can't find anything to sort it out quicker.Just let me know.
