xp antivrus 2009 removal help

My daughters lappy is infected with above amongst others.
Ive read a couple of other threads to use malawarebytes to remove it.
Ive transferred the set up via usb stick but it wont run.Tried also to get into safe mode but just blue screens.Any ideas appreciated.

These type scans should be carried out without internet connection in anycase..

Blue screen usually denotes bad drivers, have you installed any hardware?

dont know if shes installed anything as shes at school.It only blue screens in safe mode?
web search redirects and seems to be using proxy?
trying superantispware,in process at the mo,6 threats detected,none are xp antivrus 2009 so far.

Keep going, thats a pretty good programe, but if that does not remove it then try malwarebytes again, if not i shall look for something else for you
