I've downloaded a program called AIDA32, its like sisoft sandra tells you your spec. I was just checking my processor and it says this: Manufacturer AMD Version AMD Athlon(tm) XP External Clock 166 MHz Maximum Clock 3000 MHz Current Clock 2166 MHz Type Central Processor Voltage 1.6 V
Why is it saying maximum clock 3000? yet i'ts only runing at 2166? Is it just saying what it can be Overclocked to? When i boot up and see the post it says 3000xp. The Cpu is Barton Core, i'm running Asus A7n8x deluxe Gold rev 2.0 Board.
