XingDVD Player V2.05 Does not recognise DVD

The DVD Player is set up as Autoplay and did work once.

Now an error message "PNCRT.DLL appears corrupt please reinstall etc"

I have tried to run from the drive letter but files do not appear to be seen

I have installed RealPlayer and Media Player since and I suspect they have influenced the operation of Xing.

Does anyone have a solution?

A solution offered by "Pops" was to download new DLL which I did but there is no difference. I have noticed that the message says "F:\pncrt.dll" so its not surprising the download to C:\windows\system didnt make any difference. any offers for resolution?
