It's set to English (US) output rather than English (UK) output. Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language settings and change it to English (UK) output.

Two fast ways of changing the settings, click on the 'EN' letters near the notification area (sys tray) and select English (United Kingdom) or press ALT + left SHIFT together.

Control Panel >
Regional and language Options >
Language tab, Text services and input languages
click on Details (to view or change the languages and methods you can use to enter text)
change Default input language to English UK
change Keyboard to English United Kingdom
click on Apply
click on OK

reboot pc
