Hi Guys
My grandson had some homework to do which included a downloaded image of an athlete, on which he had to identify the different muscle groups and name them.He printed the picture and used a pen and ruler to write on the image and draw lines from the muscles to where he had written the names. It is easy to type the names on the Image, but can anyone tell me how to draw the accurate lines before printing it.
would this require paint shop or similar or can it be done another way. All this is done on a desktop running XP.

Thanks in advance.

You can draw lines using Paint, which appears under Accessories on the XP Start menu.

What program are you using to open and type names on the image? knowing this will help us help you.

If you are using MS word 2007 you can use insert/shapes/callouts not sure with earlier versions of word.

You can draw lines in MS Paint (Start>All programs>Accessories>Paint)

or if you want a better program try Draw Plus free fromclick here

In Word simply turn on the Drawing Toolbar (which normally appears at the bottom of the screen) and use the arrows or Call-Out options.
