If you choose the former, when editing the content page use the template you've just produced to output the html.
If you don't understand Wordpress, it's more than a simple post here will explain and in any case, it's not possible to post code in these forums. So you'd be well advised to learn how templates work and how to link in outside resources.
But that's only the start of your problems, as it's not easy to link dynamic content into a Wordpress page.
I've never tried it, but it may be possible to give each paragraph of content on the page a unique id (in the html code) and then call it with your script. It's very much a suck it and see.
Yet another option would be to code the whole lot in php on the new template you produce. But if you don't understand php, it's not exactly "Hello World" and would be a big learning curve.
After this (rather negative) post - sorry, the upside is there's loads of documentation on Wordpress. So finding the best answer simply requires research.
