Everytime I start 'Word' it is always at the setting of : 'Times New Roman' Font Size:'12'.
Is there anyway of changing this because I always use 'Arial' size: '14'
It would be really useful to be able to set this up. Can u help?

Search for and open the file NORMAL.DOT

Change the style to what you want and save the file (as NORMAL.DOT).

Yup...change the font and size to the ones you require. File - Save as and in the drop down list at the bottom of the dialog box, select Template as opposed to Document. It will then inform you that you are about to make changes to the 'normal' template and ask you to confirm...click OK. You can change it using the properties of the normal template too but this way is far easier.

Format menu, Font, Change the font settings and hit "Default" button
