Hi there,
Does anyone know of a cheap or free program to convert Docs to PDF, including pictures and not losing the text formatting?

This is just for a one off item, so I don't really want to buy an expensive program. The only free one I found could not convert the photos in my word doc to PDF.

click here - it appears as a 'printer' in the File > Print menu.

Thanks for the info. Now sorry if I am having a naff day, but when I convert, it just seems to convert it to a prn printer file, and not a pdf, that I cannot do anything with, and Adobe 7 cannot load it or says its damaged.

I've used click here with success.

You're "printing to file". Don't do that, when the pdf has been created, it will be saved to "C:\Program Files\activePDF\PrimoPDF".

When you have your Word doc opened:
1. Go to File > Print.
2. Choose PrimoPDF as your Printer.
3. Click OK.
4. The PrimoPDF screen will appear, accept the defaults for now and click OK.
5. Now navigate to your "C:\Program Files\activePDF\PrimoPDF" folder and the PDF will be in there.
