Word 97 - Tables & Borders Question

I am making an invoice template using "Draw Table". By default all box borders are printed. How do I make some of them not print?

I'm using Word 2000 but I think it's the same as '97. If you acces the "Tables and Borders" toolbar (View/Toolbars/Tables and Borders) in the "Linestyle" box you can select "No Border" which gives a non-printing box. Hope that helps.

On your toolbat you should have a box that lloks lke 4 of the table cells - click on this and select no borders.

You can then select a table row and selectively add borders top bottom & sides to just that row or set of rows ( if you do want some of them to have printed borders - the ones not chosen go light grey and dont print if you look in the print preview you will see what I mean.
