WMA's with protection on legal downloads.

In the new PCA (arrived today) on the letters page Bill Oswald writes of the problems of playing, legally downloaded songs in wma format, on a Creative Rhomba MP3 player because they are DRM activated.

I too came up against this problem with my iPod.

I came up with a way around this. Having downloaded from Virgin I burn the song to a CDRW using Windows Media Player and then Rip the song to mp3 in iTunes, the song then plays fine when downloaded to the iPod.

Bill I hope you are a member here and this helps.
