wireless welcome screen

I have a wireless network working in my B&B. It is not encrypted or password protected - in fact there is no security at all, which isn't a problem as only the guests use this IP address.

I would like to setup a welcome screen everytime they connect to the network with a simple password to gain access and to prevent people outside useing the network.

I understand that some routers can re-direct the connect process to a URL defined by the router but I can't find any information.

I have a Belkin F5D7230uk4 wireless box. If this box can't do it then which can?

Can anybody shed some light on this.

Thanks in anticipation

Pete

Cant answer except if anyone on the planet can see you network, you will have very serious problems,it wont only be your guests that will use your network, even if you could trust complete strangers.
