Wireless on Vista (WG111T)

I recently bought a new computer with Vista on it and have plugged in my old Wireless Adapter (WG111T) for use on my home network. It worked fine on my old XP machine but now it occasionally loses the connection and when the machine is turned on and off again, it can no longer find the signal. When turning off the computer and router at this point it all works fine. Any suggestions?

The Router is a Netgear WGT624 and the Adapter is a Netgear WG111T (shipped with the router). I've updated the Driver's with the Vista set from the Netgear site.

If you ask nicely, the forum editor might transfer your thread to the Windows Vista forum (or maybe the networking forum). You might possibly get a quicker answer there.
