wireless usb dongle

I have 2 computers, one is wireless ready and on XP [service pack 2]. The other has no wireless connection and runs win 98.

If I buy a wireless usb dongle and plug it into the WIN 98 computer, can I transfer files to the XP computer please?

Also can anyone supply me with a lik that will tell me "simply" how to do this please?

With the relevant drivers loaded into '98 it's as simple as setting up an ordinary wired network - you may find this link useful click here

You can make a Network Setup Wizard floppy in XP during the network setup and just put it in your 98 machine - however, an overview of how a network is set up will help you sort things out if there are problems.
