If you want to keep the wireless router plugged into the PC, you wont need a USB adapter for that PC, but you will need one for each PC or laptop that you want to connect to the router wirelessly, unless the other PC/Laptop already has a wireless card installed.

Then you just need one USB Wireless adapter (dongle).
