i currently use a belkin router running at 801.11g i want to attach a hp printer to this but the printer runs at 802.3 will i still be able at attach the printer to the router & use it

it should be fully backward compatable according to the ieee spec, you probably wont see a difference though as the print command system, stores all the details before printing, in memory buffer before pushing the print to the printer.
