Wireless router passphrase

Dear Sirs

After 5 months of only entering the passphrase once when I first turned on the Toshiba Laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate the computer will now no longer remember the passphrase.
I did install and subsequently removed a BT Home Hub when the problem then arose.
I have tried Microsoft who were ultimately of no use and I have also tried the Toshiba help forum to no avail.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue.
I have tried CCleaner with no luck.
Regards
Peter Kellard

Try deleting the existing wireless "profile", which may be corrupted, and then go through the procedure to "Connect" again, i.e. scan for Available Wireless Networks, select the one whose SSID matches that of your router and click the Connect button. You will have to enter the WEP/WPA encryption key, but it should then be retained in the new profile that is saved. Subsequent connections should then be automatic.
