Wireless Problems with Orange Livebox

I have an Orange Livebox and use it to connect my son's Xbox. It's working ok but I keep getting the following Wireless Network Connection Status Error Message "You might not be able to access the internet or some network resources. This problem occured because the network did not assign a network address to the computer". Apart from that it all seems to be connected, internet access is ok, Xbox is ok, but there is obviously something wrong somewhere. Help please, in very basic english, as I am a bit of a technophobe!! Many thanks.

I don't know why you should be seeing this error message but, if the Xbox has internet access, then it *MUST HAVE* its network address (more correctly its "IP address"), otherwise internet access would be impossible.

It may be that there is a delay in getting its IP address from the router (Livebox) and that this error comes up temporarily until the address is allocated.
