Wireless Problems?

  bon1 21:19 27 Nov 06

I purchased a new ACER 5602 WLMI laptop. I have a D-Link DI-524 wireless router.
I connect to the internet no problem through Internet Explorer. After between 5 to 10 minutes of faultless surfing, I cannot access the internet. Although I can see my wireless connection is good and if I'm downloading Bit Torrent files they catty on working..
The alert tells me that "Windows cannot connect to the internet using HTTP HTTPS or FTP settings. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer. Check firewall settings for HTTP port 80. HTTPS port 443 FTP port 21."
I have turned off the firewall completely and it still happens.
The diagnostic log reports.

HTTP error 12029 connecting to microsoft.com
HTTP error 12029 connecting to hotmail.com
ERROR Could not make an HTTP connection.

I'm not even trying to connect to either of the sitesmentioned in the log. Can anyone help me please?
