Hi Everyone,
I am keen to set up a wirelss network at home, from scratch. I want the 54g standard, and already have an adsl modem. I am totally confused now about what components I need. For eg do I need a wi-fi access point if I have a wifi DSL router such as netgear wgr614? Can I use my existing speedtouch adsl modem? I dont want to access through an "always on" computer, but want the network to "stand alone" to accept whatever home desktop or laptop needs access.

All help gratefully received
regards
kate
