Wireless network card on linux ubuntu.

Hi,
Does anyone know that if i was to get a wireless card would that pick up my wanadoo livebox signal and hense enabling me to access the internet. As the third party software and adapter supplied is not compatible with linux.

Belkin PCI cards have Linux drivers. If you're given any software with it, don't use it with Linux.
