Wireless Keyboard

Any security experts in the Helproom today?
How secure are wireless keyboards? Microsoft provide the following answer...
"...wireless security beyond what is available in 27 MHz devices, with two-way 128-bit authentication, variable encryption key size, and a virtual cable function which associates a device with a single host computer..."
This sounds like it would be impossible to intercept keystrokes, but theory and practice are not always the same!!
Does anyone have practical knowledge of whether the technology matches up to the sales talk?
Thanks

I remember ages ago there was reports of a norwegian man who used a cordless keyboard. Apparently everything he typed appeared on his neighbours screen. I can't remember whether it was on theregister or one of the pc mags. I'll have a dig around a see what I can find. It was before cordless was really taking off and security issues addressed.
