Hi allI have just set up my wireless home hub (provided by BT)Got onto the internet, but i have to type in my wireless key everytime i try to access internet explorer.is there a way that the wireless key can be saved so as soon as i turn my laptop on i can connect without having to enter this security key??I have a dell laptop if that helps???????thanks!
Try going into the router's configuration page and look under security WEP and there maybe a box to tick and save the WEP key. (this should be encrypted)

Im sure its to do with the bt desktop help program.Thought it showed up as motivesb in startup
If you dont use the bt desktop help,uninstall it in add/removePostie24
thanksjust removed BT help, got a wierd error message that file could not be found following re-boot.re-booted for a 2nd then 3rd time and the error message has now gone!!!thanks for all your help!
