Hello there and good evening. okay here is the problem. My friend has a fujitsu siemens Amilio laptop....and for my friend to switch on her wireless she normally just has to press the FN and F1 keys together, and her wireless switches on, and she can connect wirelessly, BUT about a week ago, when she presses these keys, she her wireless connection DOES NOT switch on, and she can only connect with the ethernet cable. Any suggestions pls??

Would a system restore to a date before she had the problem fix it.
Remember she would probably loose anything that she has installed in the last week.

Try device manager.Network adapters and open it.
It should show the wireless network on there if not probably the driver needs updating.
If it is Broadcom network adapter there could be problems ahead.
Is she still picking up wireless signals from some of her neighbors.
