wireless ethernet bridge

My father has a wired ip camera in his shop for security (which incidentally is in wireless range of my flat). I have suggested that he ditch his broadband connection because the camera is the only thing that uses it and that I could connect his camera to my wlan.

Am I right in thinking that a wireless ethernet bridge would be the solution? I have a Netgear dg834gt as my modem/router.

If a bridge is the answer would this product suffice?

I would like to stick to netgear for compatibility issues.
