Forget the 3G dongle its not needed to connect to your wireless router.

The laptop does have a wireless card fitted, make sure its switched on ;0) sometimes a switch other times a key combination.

Is your router settings blocking from sending out SSID? if so laptop will not find it.

I may have been mistaken it seem a wireless card is optional on your machine :0( on under side dead centre front panel.

If you have one installed the Fn +F8 is used to switch it on and off also switches Bluetooth two green leds to show when Wireless and Bluetooth both on.
