Please help if you can. I have never had any trouble opening attachments, however they have been sent including Winzip. All of a sudden I have an e-mail attachment sent which is Winzip and a box comes up telling me to pay. I thought Winzip was part of XP operating system?? I may have done something myself and somehow lost it. What can I do? I am not very computer literate so be gentle please.

Winzip isn't part of Windows.

Thank you VoG and for the link. I am unsure which one to download as there are a number of them and all the computer jargon is gobbledegook to me. I am on broadband if that helps. Please could you tell me which one to pick?

The one above is the one you want (the Windows non-BETA version)

Do you have Windows XP?; if so, as I understand, it has its own facility to zip and unzip files.
