When I go to the start - and shutdown to select the "Standby option in WinXP", I get a error messege saying the keyboard drivers are not installed correctly or similar message.

The keyboard is a stadard Trust keyboard with no hot keys.

I have a feeling it could be related to a bios setting and something in Power management but unsure, anyone got any ideas if this is a XP bug or a possible BIOS setting in/for the APM ?.

Also scanner reports paging file incorrect if this is linked.

I found something similar at MS KB site and agian relating the Adobe v4 software. Looks like it is this or a poor Trust AMI Mouse 300 to be the problem.

Thanks for your call and support hope to return the favour sometime.
