WinXP 64 version

Just tried to install windows Xp 64 everything was going fine until the first reboot (Did'nt get to the part where you put in the key). It then started up with the old version of Windows Xp version 2002 service pack 2, Strange as I told it to do a quick format prior to the install, any ideas. Also it told me my raid drivers were for a 32 bit system and to get hold of the 64 bit versions, been to the Asus website and no mention of 64 bit drivers ....Mobo is a K8V-X
