WINNT folder

Recently my PC crashed and wouldn't load the OS (Windows 2000). I Installed a fresh copy into another folder named WINNT2 so that I wouldn't lose any of my files. My PC now works fine and I was wondering if it would be safe to delete the original WINNT folder as it is 1.5 Gb in size and seems to be surplus to requirements.

Yes, you can delete it but to be safe I'd leave it unless you really need the space.

Thanks Diodorus Siculus. I do need the space as I'm down to my last 5 Gb of a 80 Gb HDD. I'll backup my data first but that may take a while. Thanks again.
